4. Order Acceptance & Cancellation
All orders placed on FeelFresh are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including cases involving pricing errors, stock limitations, or suspected fraud.
Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. Refunds for cancelled orders will not be provided.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We aim to deliver products within the estimated timeline; however, delivery dates are not guaranteed. Delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.
Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address. FeelFresh will not be responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses.
